Letitia McNamara | Principal 

A dedicated wife and mother of three boys, Letitia brings more than 23 years of experience working in leading law firms across commercial and residential conveyancing. Having personally bought, sold, rented, renovated, and even built new homes, she understands property from every angle, both professionally and as an investor.


A long time supporter of local school and community organisations, Letitia is proud to call Toowoomba home, though she’ll never say no to a weekend at the beach. A Chardonnay lover with a down‑to‑earth approach, she combines legal precision, real‑world property insight, and genuine care to support clients through every step of their property journey.
